FAQ ORDERING & SHIPPING Can I change or cancel my order? We process the orders as quickly as possible, so we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact our Team at [email protected] with any changes or cancellations you want to make. How long until my order is shipped? If you place your order before 12pm EST your order will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day. What are your shipping methods? Orders received before 12pm EST Monday to Friday will be shipped the next working day. 3 Day – $20 2 Day – $25 Next day – $40 (Please note: Next day delivery if the order is placed before 12pm EST) Spend over $200, and shipping is on us! Note: If you please your order on a Friday after 12pm EST your order will be shipped not be shipped until the following Monday. RETURNS & EXCHANGES What is your return policy? Returns are accepted up to 28 days of receipt. All items must come back in original and re-saleable condition, i.e. not be worn, altered or washed, with no stains, markings, pulls or snags, and must have all original LNDR tags attached. Refunds are only applicable to the cost of product: original shipping fees will not be refunded. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Following an inspection, please allow up to 28 days for us to process your exchange or refund. Exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size/colour. Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer. We are dedicated to creating technical product that lasts. If your product fails to perform or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution. How do I start my refund/exchange process? To request a return, please log into your Account or Guest. Choose the exchange or return option and let us know the reasoning and notes for your exchange or return and submit. Once submitted you will receive an email notification of you return request and instructions. Where can I find my shipping label? We offer free returns to all US customers. Please find your returns label enclosed in your original package. I need a new return label, where can I find it? If your return label is missing please contact us at [email protected] and we will generate and new one for you that you can easily print and attach to your package. Please note: we only offer 1 free return label per order. How do I book my UPS Collection We offer all US customers free returns. Please use the return label enclosed in your original package to send back the product(s) you would like to exchange/return. To book your UPS please follow this UPS link Schedule a Pickup. Add your UPS waybill number, you will find this on your return label and schedule a pick and time slot that suits you best. Booking your Collection by Phone: Please call UPS Customer Service 1-888-742-5877 and set up a collection, quoting your waybill number. In person: Simply attach your return label provided to your package containing your items and drop it off at your nearest UPS office. If you experience any issues please contact us at [email protected] How long does a return or exchange take to process? Upon receipt it can take up to our team between 5 to 10 working days depending on volume to receive your return or exchange back. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Following an inspection, please allow up to 5 additional business days for us to process your exchange or refund. If you would like to exchange your product(s), please email LNDR directly at [email protected] to request your replacement product (s). And if the product(s) are available LNDR will despatch your exchange free of charge. Please allow up to 5 to 10 working days depending on volume for us to get your exchange back to you. Once we have received your items, we’ll send the exchange out as soon as possible. What if my item is incorrect/faulty? If you have received a damaged/faulty/incorrect item please contact us at [email protected] with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take it from there! PRODUCT How do I care for my products? All specific care instructions can be found on the garment themselves or on the product pages. Do not tumble dry any of your products and hang to dry. Where can I try your product on? Find our closest stockist here. What size am I? Purchasing online can sometimes be confusing, especially when it comes to Activewear. Please check out our Size Guide should you be unsure of your size. What if you’re out of my size? If the size you are looking for is out of stock, please contact [email protected] and we may be able to locate one for you. If we do not have your size available we will do our best to recommend a similar alternative.
