Submitting an Exchange or Refund

Please read our Delivery + Returns Policy before submitting
a return.

We strongly believe in our products, and want every LNDR customer
to be satisfied. If you a not completely satisfied with your goods, you
can return the product(s) for a full refund of the purchase price, within
14 days of receipt.

To begin the exchange and/or refund process:

1 / Fill out and submit the “Return / Refund Request Form” from the order history table in your account page

3 / You will receive an email notification of your return request.

4 / Returning your items,

A. If you are returning your parcel from the U.K, this is free of charge and you will find enclosed in your parcel, a pre-printed returns label. Simply repack your item and attach the printed address label to the outside of the parcel. Take to your closest DPD drop off location. You can find your closest shop here: http://www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder

B. If you are sending from outside the U.K, you will be responsible for the cost and shipment of the returned goods. LNDR recommend you use a tracked delivery service and ensure you have proof of your despatch. We shall not be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

5/ Orders returned from the U.K can take up to 5 days to be delivered and will be processed with 48 hours of receipt. Orders outside the U.K will be subjected to a longer time frame. Please allow 21 days for return and refund credit.

6/ You will receive a email notification once your refund has been credited.
