Exchanges and Refunds

We strongly believe in our products, and want every LNDR customer
to be satisfied. We offer the following for those times where you’re not completely satisfied with your goods:

– Return the product(s) for a full refund of the purchase price within
14 days of receipt.

Free returns postage within the UK. We include one free return shipping label in each order delivered within the UK. Simply log back into your LNDR account and register your refund and you will be sent a UPS return label.

1/ Fill out and submit the “Return / Refund Request Form” from the order history table in your account page

2/ You will receive an email notification of your return request.

3/ Returning your items,

A. If you are returning your parcel from the U.K, this is free of charge. Simply log back into your LNDR account and register your refund and you will be sent a UPS return label. Please repack your item in the reusable LNDR packaging and attach the printed address label to the outside of the parcel. Please call UPS customer service on 03457 877 877  to arrange a collection, quoting your tracking number.

B. If you are sending from outside the U.K, you will be responsible for the cost and shipment of the returned goods. LNDR recommend you use a tracked delivery service and ensure you have proof of your despatch. We shall not be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

4/ Orders returned from the U.K can take up to 5 days to be delivered and refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt. Orders outside the U.K will be subjected to a longer time frame. Please allow 21 days for return and refund credit.

5/ You will receive a email notification once your refund has been credited.

Refunds are only applicable to cost of product: original shipping fees will not be refunded.

For regions outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Please consider using a trackable shipping service. LNDR does not accept responsibility for any item lost on on return. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through LNDR.

All item(s) must be returned within the 14 days of receipt. All items must come back in original and re-saleable condition, i.e. not be worn, altered or washed, with no stains, markings, pulls or snags, and must have all original LNDR tags attached.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Following inspection, please allow up to 28 business days for us to process your exchange or refund.

Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.
